Non. Dans le cadre de l'accord d'Union Douanière UE-Turquie, nos structures bénéficient d'une franchise totale de droits de douane (0% de taxe douanière) sous certificat de circulation A.TR. La facturation export est hors TVA turque ; seule la TVA locale à l'importation s'applique.

Quels sont les délais d'acheminement par camion direct et par conteneur maritime vers l'Europe ?

L'acheminement par camion bâché direct prend 3 à 5 jours vers la France, la Belgique, la Suisse et l'Allemagne. Le fret maritime par conteneur 40ft HC nécessite 7 à 12 jours pour les ports méditerranéens (Marseille, Gênes) et 14 à 18 jours pour le nord de l'Europe.

Quels Incoterms et options de livraison SerVilla propose-t-elle pour les commandes internationales ?

Nous proposons 3 Incoterms principaux : 1) FOB Port d'Istanbul (le client gère le fret depuis la Turquie), 2) CIF Port de Destination (nous prenons en charge le fret maritime et l'assurance), 3) DAP Chantier (livraison directe par camion à l'adresse de votre terrain).

Oui. La logistique insulaire est l'un de nos points forts. Les conteneurs 40 pieds HC sont plombés en usine à Gebze et acheminés par ferries Ro-Ro directement en Corse, Sardaigne, Crète ou aux Baléares sans manutention intermédiaire.

Quels équipements sont nécessaires sur le chantier pour le déchargement à la livraison ?

Pour le déchargement d'un camion bâché, un chariot télescopique de chantier ou une grue mobile légère (3 à 5 tonnes) avec élingues textiles permet de décharger l'ensemble du kit d'une villa de 300 m² en 2 à 3 heures.
