Everything you need to know regarding drawings, preliminary budgeting, lead times and international shipping procedures.

We accept PDF architectural sets, AutoCAD DWG/DXF drawings, BIM models in IFC format, Revit (.rvt) files, sketches, photos of the plot, and compressed ZIP/RAR archives up to 25MB. If your files exceed 25MB, you can include a secure cloud download link (WeTransfer, Google Drive, Dropbox) in the notes section.

For standard designs or straightforward architectural drawings, preliminary budgetary proposals are issued within 2 to 3 business days. Complex multi-unit developments requiring custom structural optimization and freight logistics modeling are typically delivered within 4 to 5 business days.

Yes. Initial commercial consultations, scope assessments, and budgetary CIF/DAP pricing based on existing architectural drawings are provided entirely free of charge. Full project-specific structural engineering calculations (Eurocode static books) and CNC shop production drawings are produced upon formal project commissioning.

If you do not have drawings yet, you can select one of our curated villa models (SFV series) or opt for our paid Custom Architectural & Engineering Design service. Our architects will develop 2D floor plans, 3D photorealistic renderings and technical permits tailored to your plot and budget.

Our itemized quotation clearly separates the manufacturing scope, export protective packing, international freight (FCA factory, CIF destination port, or DAP job site delivery), and customs documentation (ATR certificate for zero-customs duty to EU countries under the EU-Türkiye Customs Union agreement).
