Technical Deep-Dive & Strategic Findings

Detailed breakdowns, physical data, regulatory standards, and practical jobsite execution recommendations.

01

Phase 1: Setting Out, Bitumen DPC Strips & Ground Track Anchoring

The concrete foundation slab is marked according to the 3D drawing grid. A high-density EPDM/bitumen damp-proof course (DPC) is laid under perimeter tracks, and base profiles are anchored with chemical M16 resin bolts.

02

Phase 2 & 3: Wall Panel Erection & Intermediate Floor Cassettes

Pre-assembled wall panels are lifted into place, leveled with lasers, and interconnected using self-drilling structural screws. For two-storey villas, engineered C-joist floor cassettes are mounted directly onto load-bearing studs.

03

Phase 4, 5 & 6: Roof Trusses, Structural Sheathing & Weatherproofing

Triangulated roof trusses are hoisted and locked with hurricane ties. Exterior BoardeX/OSB sheathing boards are screwed off every 150mm, followed by breathable vapor-permeable membranes, achieving full weather-tight lockup.
