All structural steel frame components are manufactured at our ISO 9001 certified CNC facility in Gebze (Istanbul) and transported directly to your jobsite in Lithuania. Components are flat-packed in high-cube mega TIR trailers or 40ft maritime containers with full weather protection.

4–6 Days · Direct TIR Road Freight via Poland / FCL Sea Container to Port of Klaipėda (Gebze Production Facility / Kapıkule Corridor → Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, Palanga). Full tracking provided with driver GPS coordinates upon border departure.
Customs Clearance & Documentation
0% Customs Duty (EU–Türkiye Customs Union via A.TR Certificate). SerVilla manages export clearance in Türkiye and coordinates seamlessly with your local customs broker.
Jobsite Unloading & Packaging
Mega-curtainsider truck with side forklift or mobile crane. Bundles are weather-wrapped in high-density polyethylene and sequentially coded with inkjet IDs to match the 3D erection model.
