All structural steel frame components are manufactured at our ISO 9001 certified CNC facility in Gebze (Istanbul) and transported directly to your jobsite in Morocco. Components are flat-packed in high-cube mega TIR trailers or 40ft maritime containers with full weather protection.

5–7 Days · FCL 40ft High Cube Container / Ro-Ro direct to Port of Tanger Med / Casablanca (Ambarlı / Gebze / Izmir Container Terminals → Tanger Med Port, Port of Casablanca, Port of Agadir). Full tracking provided with driver GPS coordinates upon border departure.
Customs Clearance & Documentation
0% Customs Duty under Türkiye–Morocco Free Trade Agreement (EUR.1 Certificate). SerVilla manages export clearance in Türkiye and coordinates seamlessly with your local customs broker.
Jobsite Unloading & Packaging
Container chassis with mobile crane offloading directly on Moroccan jobsite. Bundles are weather-wrapped in high-density polyethylene and sequentially coded with inkjet IDs to match the 3D erection model.
